Nerve growth factor catches copper in neuronal inning.

Abstract: Neurotrophins (NTs) are a family of homologues proteins that play an essential role in neuronal cells growth, survival and differentiation. These proteins include the nerve growth factor (NGF), the brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), NT-3 and NT-3, also known as NT-4/5.
