小脑肿瘤致小脑脚损伤后恢复的评估工具:弥散张量纤维束成像的客观验证

摘要:

小脑脚是联系小脑与脑干和大脑的结构,其损伤可导致共济失调的发生。常规MRI不能精确评估小脑脚结构异常。弥散张量成像能细致描述神经纤维束状态。目前尚未见弥散张量成像用于患儿小脑肿瘤致小脑脚损伤评估的研究。此次报道首次提供了弥散张量成像有助于肿瘤致小脑脚损害及恢复评估的证据。我们应用弥散张量纤维束成像评估发现,1例6岁女性左侧小脑脚肿瘤患儿在肿瘤切除后3周左侧小脑上脚仍较细,3个月时则明显增粗,接近正常,此时患儿共济失调症状也明显减轻,由入院时的不能独立端坐好转至可独立行走。
