摘要:

扣带束是联系基底前脑与内侧颞叶的神经纤维束。其对于维持记忆功能十分重要。以往用常规脑MRI鉴定扣带束是不可能的,因为其不能将扣带束与其毗邻的结构辨别开。源于DTI的弥散张量纤维束成像可使扣带束三维可视化,从而用于扣带束的评估。许多DTI研究已报道了脑创伤后扣带束损伤,但脑创伤后损伤扣带束的恢复则几乎未见报道。现报道1例脑创伤后扣带束神经恢复的DTT检测结果。
