摘要:

脊神经根病变常由椎间盘膨出或突出导致。目前诊断主要依据临床症状和体征,尚无客观量化的诊断标准。磁共振弥散张量成像及纤维束示踪成像是能够显示各个方向的扩散异性特征,充分显示神经根纤维束的解剖学形态。鉴于此,课题纳入了18例椎间盘退变导致单侧神经根病变的患者,创新性的进行磁共振弥散张量成像显示脊神经根纤维束示踪成像的扫描模式,并以神经根形态评分体系定量评价椎间盘退变后的神经根形态和功能变化。结果显示,纤维束示踪成像后,与未受压侧的神经根结构相比,患者受压侧神经根纤维束聚拢及中断,纤维束数目无显著变化,神经根横截面面积减小。结果说明,磁共振弥散张量成像纤维束示踪的方法能根据脊神经根纤维束的面积、形态来定量评价神经根的功能。
