摘要:

对局限于一侧大脑半球后象限(颞顶枕叶)的弥漫性病变引起的癫痫可通过外科治疗在保护神经组织不受损伤的情况下,切除相关病灶以控制发作。中国天津环湖医院尹绍雅所在课题组对2例颞顶枕叶癫痫患者进行了这样的后象限切开术。术后MRI证明手术离断的孤立的脑区神经组织存活,保持了孤立的颞顶枕叶神经组织的活性,但相关神经纤维完全离断。随访1年,2例患者均达到了癫痫完全控制的效果。
