摘要:

扣带束是大脑皮质重要的胆碱能神经通路,目前关于胆碱能神经核与脑干神经连接的报道已有许多,但基底前脑与脑干胆碱能神经核间经过扣带束建立神经连接的报道几乎未见。而关于脑出血后损伤扣带束与脑干胆碱能神经核间不寻常连接的报道更未见报道。韩国岭南大学医学院Sung Ho Jang博士所在团队应用可在活体实现神经纤维束的三维可视化弥散张量成像技术,发现了1例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,损伤扣带束与脑干胆碱能神经核间不寻常神经连接的病例。
