针刺意识障碍患者涌泉穴与非穴位激活脑神经元:来自PET的证实

摘要:

意识障碍是获得性脑损害最严重的后果之一,治疗效果不佳,是神经科以及康复科医生所面临的重大难题(Whyte et al., 2013)。传统的中国针刺治疗目前常被用来帮助改善意识障碍患者的意识状态。但是,穴位刺激对意识障碍患者的大脑神经元能够产生哪些影响至今仍不太清楚。穴位刺激是否只提供了一种单纯外周的感觉性刺激,还是有区别于单纯感觉刺激的特异性效应?为了回答此问题,我们于2012年1月至2013年6月在解放军总医院核医学科选取了5例意识障碍患者分别进行穴位针刺和假穴位针刺,并利用PET观察针刺穴位和非穴位对意识障碍患者脑部神经元激活的影响。
