摘要:

健康运动皮质至损伤肢体的运动通路是脑卒中后运动功能恢复的机制之一。但有部分脑卒中患者经由该通路恢复运动功能的较差,说明该机制可能涉及部分不适应的神经可塑。重复经颅磁刺激可激活损伤侧运动皮质神经元。一些功能性神经影像研究已证实单周期经颅磁刺激对脑卒中患者健侧运动皮质的即刻作用,但重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中患者健侧运动皮质影响的功能性神经影像学报道尚未见。文章报道了1例脑梗死患者经2周的经颅磁刺激干预后,健侧运动皮质神经元激活消失。
