摘要:

DTT技术的发展,使3种运动神经纤维束,即皮质脊髓束、红核脊髓束、皮质网状束的三维重建和评估成为可能。皮质脊髓束是负责人类大脑运动功能的最主要神经纤维束。已有研究报道了小脑幕切迹疝CST损伤及其恢复情况,但大脑镰下疝CST损伤及其恢复的报道则几乎未见。
