摘要:

脊髓损伤是一种破坏性病理条件,不仅会导致运动功能丧失,严重的自发性功能障碍也是一种损伤。自主神经反射异常是颈或高胸脊髓损伤患者瞬时高血压引起的危及生命的并发症,发生率多达30倍/天(平均11倍/天)。主神经反射异常最常见的触发机制是由刺激完整的肠和/或膀胱功能,或性功能唤起。
