摘要:

周围神经损伤往往会导致运动、感觉和自主功能的部分或完全丧失,从而给个人生活的许多方面带来困扰。尽管周围神经本身有再生能力,外科技术和基础科学都有显著进步,但周围神经创伤后的修复仍然是生物学和临床研究一个非常重要的问题。很多不良研究结果反映了周围神经损伤的复杂性和参与神经变性、再生和靶神经支配过程中的若干因素。因此,调节这些创伤后阶段的生物机制已经是进行再生研究的一个明确前提,用以开发创新再生疗法,改善病人神经修复预后。
