Abstract:

视网膜是视觉系统的一个基本组成部分。大多数眼疾的特点是视网膜变性,大部分是由遗传或环境因素引起的。这就强调了研究能够调节哺乳动物视网膜神经元产生和维持遗传分子机制的重要性。
