脑室-腹腔分流术是一种治疗脑积水的常见术式。虽然人们对于该术式对邻近神经束的损伤已有所认识,但对于神经束损伤情况的报道仍不多见。
DTT可使神经束三维可视化。已有研究应用DTT对一些侵入性神经外科操作,如脑室外引流或分流术致神经束损伤情况进行评估,但脑室-腹腔分流术致神经束损伤情况又如何呢?DTT评估会得到什么结果呢?
