摘要:

我们报道了1例弥散张量纤维束成像检查到内侧丘系-丘脑皮质通路损伤脑创伤患者。该患者24岁,交通事故致双侧大脑额叶挫伤出血。伤后14d患者左侧肢体本体感受障碍。损伤后7年,患者左侧肢体经Nottingham感觉评分触觉评分恢复正常,但肌肉运动觉评分提示有感觉障碍。弥散张量纤维束成像显示脑创伤双侧大脑半球内侧丘系-丘脑皮质通路被重建。相较于左侧内侧丘系-丘脑皮质通路,右侧内侧丘系-丘脑皮质通路更细,且在放射冠水平不连续。说明弥散张量纤维束成像是检测脑创伤患者内侧丘系-丘脑皮质通路损伤有意义的工具。
