摘要:

 

许多研究者对嚼口香糖时大脑激活状况进行了研究,检测部位主要集中于额叶、顶叶、小脑,然而尚未见对脑内侧颞叶激活模式的研究。

我们用功能MRI对8名健康志愿者右侧嚼口香糖时内侧颞叶激活模式进行了研究。感兴趣区位于内侧颞叶皮质(内嗅皮质、鼻周皮质、旁海马皮质)。功能MRI数据组分析结果显示出包括海马在内的左内侧颞叶皮质在嚼口香糖过程中均出现激活状态。根据Brodmann分区进行分析,可见内嗅皮质和旁海马皮质被激活,而未见鼻周皮质的激活。说明嚼口香糖可激活对侧参与陈述性记忆的重要脑区内侧颞叶,包括海马、内嗅皮质和旁海马皮质。
