摘要:

我们报道了1例56岁男性车祸导致轻度创伤性脑损伤患者,其在事故发生后昏迷约5 min,损伤后6周脑部MRI检查未发现明显异常,但有发声障碍和嘶哑症状。弥散张量纤维束成像检查显示,右侧皮质延髓束在放射冠水平出现部分撕裂。由于皮质延髓束损伤的典型症状是言语障碍症、构音障碍,我们认为该患者发声弱与右侧皮质延髓束损伤有关。此次研究首次应用弥散张量纤维束成像证实了轻度创伤性脑损伤患者的皮质延髓束损伤。

In this study, we report on a patient who showed weak phonation following mild traumatic brain injury (TBI), which was demonstrated by diffusion tensor tractography (DTT).
