摘要:

耳鸣可将中低到中等强度的不舒服声音视为响亮声音。近20%的美国人口患有耳鸣,耳鸣已经被报道是所有美国老兵最普遍的服役残疾。许多类型的周围损伤都会诱导耳鸣或听觉过敏,包括由强烈声音或耳毒性药物引起的耳蜗损伤和破坏听觉神经的耳蜗消融或神经切断,但我们对这些听力发展障碍的病理生理机制却知之甚少。为了进一步阐明发病机制,需要更好地理解周围损伤后的兴奋性和抑制性信号再平衡机制。
