摘要:

扣带的功能涉及记忆的形成,其提供起始于内侧隔核、斜角带垂直部和Meynert基底核至大脑皮质的胆碱神经支配。弥散张量纤维束成像能够使扣带三维可视化,已用于脑损伤后扣带损伤的评估。虽然弥散张量成像已用于损伤扣带恢复机制,即损伤扣带与脑干胆碱核群神经旁路的研究,但研究尚不充分。我们报道了伤后慢性期伴短期记忆恢复的1例创伤性脑损伤患者,损伤扣带与脑干胆碱核群间出现神经旁路。
