摘要:

为观察甲状腺功能减退对2型糖尿病大鼠海马胶质细胞形态的影响,在Zucker糖尿病肥胖大鼠和Zucker对照大鼠7周龄时,喂饲溶剂或抗甲状腺药甲巯咪唑治疗5周。治疗结束时,甲巯咪唑治疗的大鼠血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素水平明显下降,且这种变化在Zucker糖尿病肥胖大鼠中尤其明显。胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫阳性的星形胶质细胞和离子钙接头分子1免疫阳性的小胶质细胞在Zucker糖尿病肥胖大鼠和Zucker对照大鼠海马CA1区和齿状回有广泛分布,且在两种大鼠间无明显差异。然而,经甲巯咪唑治疗后,两种大鼠海马CA1区和齿状回星形胶质细胞和小胶质细胞免疫阳性表达明显减弱。实验表明,糖尿病对星形胶质细胞和小胶质细胞形态无明显影响,但若并发甲状腺功能减退,则两种胶质细胞反应减弱。
