摘要:

实验提出了一种基于可靠追踪方向与弹性步长的磁共振弥散张量纤维束追踪方法。此方法是基于单张量与双张量模型的新追踪策略,可从追踪方向集合中选择理想的追踪方向。即在扁平体素处的方向集合含有3个追踪方向:2个来自双张量模型,1个来自单张量模型;在线性体素处的方向集合则仅有1个追踪方向。同时,弹性步长被应用到本方法中取代了以往的固定步长。为验证其可靠性,实验首先采用模拟数据进行了验证,并进一步采用本方法对1名健康人的胼胝体白质纤维束和1例低级别肿瘤患者肿瘤邻近纤维束进行追踪。结果发现本方法能够更好的显示出模拟数据和真实人脑的神经纤维束走形,效果明显优于单张量连续示踪纤维分配和双张量扩展流线追踪方法。
