摘要:

通过固定大鼠3h/d,连续21d建立慢性束缚应激大鼠模型,见其体质量和食物摄入量明显下降,免疫荧光双标方法检测到下丘脑弓状核中瘦素受体表达及两者共表达增加,而神经肽Y神经元数量下降。提示由于慢性束缚应激可能导致瘦素受体高表达,抑制神经肽Y的合成和分泌,从而打乱了下丘脑弓状核中摄食相关神经通路的平衡,发挥降低大鼠体质量和食物摄入量的作用。
