水解与非水解胶原:谁更适于培养神经细胞?

摘要:

实验用MTT比色法和倒置显微镜评估水解、非水解胶原及2-D,3-D胶原基质对原代培养神经细胞存活、黏附和神经突生长的影响。结果发现,水解胶原蛋白利于神经细胞存活、突起的生长,但对细胞黏附无明显影响;而2-D非水解胶原则对神经突起的生长无明显作用。说明水解胶原蛋白是一种理想的神经细胞培养基质。
