摘要:

电针可通过刺激“上巨虚”穴、“天枢”穴来改善大鼠内脏高敏感。实验采用结直肠球囊扩张法制备大鼠肠易激综合征慢性内脏高敏感模型。发现该模型大鼠腹部撤回反射评分显著增高,同时结肠和脊髓P2X4受体免疫阳性反应明显升高。电针及匹维溴铵治疗可明显降低内脏高敏感大鼠腹部撤回反射评分,同时结肠和脊髓P2X4受体免疫阳性反应显著降低。提示电针治疗可能通过降低结肠和脊髓中P2X4受体的免疫阳性反应来降低肠易激综合征大鼠的内脏高敏感。
