内质网应激在糖尿病视网膜神经节细胞死亡中的作用

摘要:

近年研究显示,内质网应激参与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展过程。本课题选用链脲菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型,采用牛磺脱氧胆酸腹腔注射。免疫荧光共定位显示,糖尿病累及的视网膜神经节细胞中caspase-12蛋白和p-JNK1的磷酸化水平均有升高,而C/EBP同源蛋白通路直接参与胶质细胞的活化,进而引起视网膜神经节细胞死亡和视网膜微血管的损伤。结果证实,内质网应激在高血糖诱导神经节细胞死亡和视网膜微血管损伤中发挥重要作用。抑制内质网应激通路的活化,可发挥对糖尿病视网膜病变的保护作用。
