黄芩茎叶总黄酮预处理保护脑缺血再灌注损伤

摘要:

黄芩茎叶总黄酮具有缺血预处理样保护作用,可减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。实验采用线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,并于造模前7d向大鼠灌胃50,100,200 mg/(kg•d)黄芩茎叶总黄酮,观察黄芩茎叶总黄酮预处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的预防性保护作用。结果发现,再灌注24h,模型大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显升高、脑梗死体积增大、海马区凋亡细胞增加、抑凋亡蛋白Bcl-2和促凋亡蛋白Bax表达增高;不同浓度的黄芩茎叶总黄酮预处理均可提高模型大鼠神经功能缺损评分、减小梗死体积、减轻海马区细胞凋亡和神经元及血脑屏障损伤,提高海马Bcl-2蛋白表达,抑制Bax蛋白表达。以上作用均以100,200 /(kg•d)黄芩茎叶总黄酮预处理更显著。作者认为,以100,200 /(kg•d)黄芩茎叶总黄酮预处理,可改善脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的神经功能,发挥其预防性神经保护作用。
