摘要:

绿茶多酚是人体内自由基的清除剂,具有较强的抗氧化作用,能降低氧化应激水平。绿茶多酚的对抗氧化应激作用是否能减轻脊髓神经元损伤呢?实验应用双氧水刺激大鼠脊髓神经元构建氧化损伤模型,用不同浓度(50-200 ?g/mL)绿茶多酚作用24 h后检测细胞内丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶水平,以及与凋亡相关的基因和蛋白表达水平。结果显示,绿茶多酚能有效降低脊髓损伤后大鼠脊髓神经元内的氧化应激水平,抑制细胞凋亡。说明绿茶多酚干预对氧化应激损伤后的脊髓神经元具有保护效应。
