摘要:

实验应用HE染色和S100免疫组化,观察机械牵拉对增生性瘢痕形成的影响,以及在这一过程中神经密度的变化;同时应用western blot法检测神经生长因子的表达。结果显示,机械牵拉的作用使小鼠背部伤口产生增生性瘢痕,同时增生性瘢痕中神经密度增加、神经生长因子表达上调。表明,皮肤神经系统在机械牵拉建立的小鼠增生性瘢痕模型中有一定作用。
