摘要:

前期研究显示,补肾方药能减少去卵巢大鼠脑内晚期糖基化终末产物积累,减少神经元变性并能改善认知功能,进一步对补肾方药中单味中药怀牛膝的醇提物进行研究发现,其在体外可剂量依赖性抑制非酶糖化。文章进一步探讨怀牛膝在体内对去卵巢大鼠晚期糖化终末产物及学习记忆能力的影响。应用含生药1.5g/kg的怀牛膝醇提物或1‰氨基胍干预去卵巢模型大鼠12周。Y-电迷宫结果显示,去卵巢大鼠认知功能下降,怀牛膝和氨基胍均可改善去卵巢大鼠的学习记忆能力。竞争性ELISA法检测结果显示,怀牛膝和氨基胍均可降低去卵巢大鼠额叶皮质晚期糖基化终末产物的含量,提高晚期糖基化终末产物在血液和尿液中的含量。生化法检测结果显示,怀牛膝和氨基胍均可降低去卵巢大鼠血清及额叶皮质超氧化物歧化酶活性,提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量;而对血清丙二醛含量作用不明显。作者认为,怀牛膝能抑制晚期糖基化终末产物形成、减少脑组织积累,提高去卵巢大鼠的学习记忆能力。其抑制晚期糖基化终末产物形成机制与抗氧化作用有关。
