目前有研究表明,而补锌有利于维持大鼠学习记忆功能。基于此,实验设想补锌对铝致大鼠神经毒性有拮抗作用,分别给予大鼠随机分为50,100,200 mg/kg饲料补锌组,共喂养9周,第3周开始各组以300 mg/kg bw三氯化铝溶液灌胃,连续灌胃7周。旷场行为测试结果显示,与50 mg/kg饲料补锌组比较,100 mg/kg饲料补锌组大鼠的直立次数明显增加。生化指标检测显示,与50 mg/kg饲料补锌组比较,100,200 mg/kg饲料补锌组大鼠脑组织丙二醛含量显著降低,多巴胺和5羟色胺含量有升高趋势;100 mg/kg饲料补锌组大鼠脑组织的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著降低。苏木精-伊红染色显示观察,50 mg/kg饲料补锌组的大鼠海马出现明显的病理损害,而100,200 mg/kg饲料补锌组则明显减轻。结果表明补锌对铝致大鼠神经毒性具有拮抗保护作用,且最佳剂量为100,200 mg/kg。
