天麻素促进损伤脊髓脑源性神经营养因子的分泌

摘要:

天麻素是中草药天麻的主要有效成分,广泛用于治疗眩晕,麻痹、癫痫、卒中和痴呆等疾病,具有神经保护作用。实验通过Allen’s打击法建立脊髓损伤大鼠模型,然后给予天麻素蛛网膜下腔及腹腔注射治疗7d。结果显示,天麻素能够促进损伤脊髓组织内脑源性神经生长因子的分泌,维持其在脊髓组织中均匀分布;使脊髓损伤大鼠斜板实验的角度和BBB评分逐渐升高;使损伤脊髓组织神经细胞状态明显改善。证明天麻素可促进损伤脊髓组织分泌脑源性神经生长因子,促进脊髓损伤大鼠恢复神经功能,并对损伤脊髓神经细胞具有保护作用。
