丝胶保护2型糖尿病大鼠海马损伤的作用

摘要:

作者所在课题组的前期研究发现,蚕茧提取的丝胶可明显降低血糖,对糖尿病神经系统损伤也有保护作用。实验采用小剂量(25mg/kg)链脲佐菌素连续腹腔注射3d建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,丝胶灌胃治疗35d,发现糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平明显降低,血清和海马生长激素的表达明显降低,血清及海马胰岛素样生长因子1、生长激素受体(仅海马)的表达明显升高。表明丝胶治疗可纠正糖尿病时海马生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子1的分泌轴紊乱,产生保护糖尿病神经系统损伤的作用。
