胎儿脐静脉移植可用于大脑中动脉损伤的修复

摘要:

若能以胎儿脐静脉移植修复损伤大脑中动脉,有必要搞清楚大脑中动脉与胎儿脐静脉的纵向拉伸力学特性有无区别。实验采集新鲜胎儿脐静脉、正常人新鲜尸体大脑中动脉各15个试样,在人体正常体温下以0.5mm/min的速度对试样施加拉伸载荷。实验结果表明,当对2组试样施加的应力为生理应力16.0kPa时,胎儿脐静脉的应变值大于大脑中动脉组,而最大应力、弹性模量值均小于大脑中动脉组。说明胎儿脐静脉具有很好的弹性特性,且其应力应变曲线和大脑中动脉相似,因而提示在生物力学上胎儿脐静脉可以替代大脑中动脉用于移植大脑中动脉损伤的修复。
