摘要:

以针刺或电脉冲等方法刺激人体穴位时,受试者会产生循经感传现象。实验用电针刺激循经感传显著者大肠经肩髃穴,结果发现当受试者表述感传到达手背时,生理记录仪检测到在桡神经浅支处的引导电极出现了规律的神经动作放电。大脑皮质第一体觉区脑诱发电位地形图检测时也发现,电针刺激下肢光明穴和上肢合谷穴时,无感传者大脑皮质第一体区的对应区域会出现高电位反应,而感传显著者的反应区域较大,常向面部代表区延伸。提示电生理学指标直接证明循经感传客观存在,且外周电刺激的部位与大脑皮质第一体区出现的高电位反应的对应区域相一致。
