In vivo tracking of neuronal-like cells by magnetic resonance in rabbit models of spinal cord injury

体外实验已知,骨髓间充质干细胞分化而来的神经元样细胞可以在宿主脊髓损伤区生存、迁徙、整合,并能有效地促进脊髓损伤模型的功能恢复,但细胞移植后在活体内迁徙旅程的示踪仍是难点。实验经细胞蛛网膜下腔注射将超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒子标记的骨髓间充质干细胞源的神经元样于脊髓损伤模型兔。在细胞移植后7 d,T2WI检测显示脊髓损伤区出现少量点状低信号影;细胞移植后14 d,点状低信号影增多。兔脊髓损伤区组织经普鲁士染色可发现点状低信号影,均来自所标记细胞内的超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒子颗粒。结果表明,骨髓间充质干细胞源的神经细胞移植可定向迁徙到脊髓损伤区域,无创性磁共振检测可无创性对移植细胞进行旅程的活体示踪。
