摘要:

实验性脑卒中的研究通常会用到局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型。人类缺血性脑卒中大多是大脑中动脉血栓或栓塞所致。大小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的建立不需要开颅,只需要线栓法即可达成目的。小鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型已被广泛用于遗传学的研究。那么,大鼠与小鼠大脑中动脉阻塞的脑缺血模型在建立时的技术要点有何异同呢?
