高压氧与许旺细胞移植联用可更好地促进损伤脊髓的修复

摘要:

单纯许旺细胞移植和高压氧治疗均可促进受损脊髓组织的修复,但两者联合是否效果更好?实验采用许旺细胞尾静脉注射和高压氧治疗2种方法同用,以期能取得更好的修复效果。结果可见,与单独应用许旺细胞移植或高压氧治疗的脊髓损伤模型大鼠相比,联合组大鼠后肢运动功能恢复情况更好,损伤脊髓组织中可见较多神经轴索样结构,大鼠体感诱发电位及运动诱发电位的潜伏期缩短和波幅明显增高更为明显。说明高压氧治疗与许旺细胞移植联合应用可以更好低促进大鼠损伤脊髓的修复,效果优于两者单独应用。
