摘要:

早期生长反应因子3调控的信号途径可影响精神分裂症的发生。鉴于此,实验将携带有早期生长反应因子3基因慢病毒颗粒转染至大鼠双侧海马齿状回区域,建立精神分裂症大鼠模型。采用Morris水迷宫空间实验检测转染后大鼠工作记忆缺损及认知功能受损情况。应用3.0T磁共振质子波谱成像技术检测此模型大鼠双侧海马及丘脑的神经元代谢物含量。发现转染后大鼠海马的胆碱复合物含量显著增加,而丘脑N-乙酰天门冬氨酸复合物值及N-乙酰天门冬氨酸复合物与肌酸-磷酸肌酸复合物比值有所减低。说明3.0T磁共振质子波谱成像技术能对早期生长反应因子3基因转染精神分裂症大鼠大脑进行活体神经元代谢产物检测,证明此时该模型大鼠海马及丘脑同时存在神经元代谢功能异常。
