摘要:

孕期乙醇暴露对胎儿神经系统的发育有明显的损伤。实验试图证实,参与突触可塑性和学习记忆的调节的细胞周期性蛋白激酶5与孕期乙醇暴露子代认知功能障碍有关。实验建立大鼠孕期乙醇暴露模型,取成年子鼠用于实验。Y-型迷宫测试结果发现,孕期乙醇暴露导致子鼠成年后学习记忆能力下降。实时荧光定量及反转录聚合酶链反应、免疫荧光、免疫沉淀法检测结果显示,子鼠海马组织中细胞周期性蛋白激酶5 mRNA、蛋白表达均上升。结果证实,细胞周期性蛋白激酶5可能介导了孕期乙醇暴露子代大鼠的认知功能障碍。
